How We Got Here
The Beginning
Started out in a small bay with just two of us and a dream - figured Vancouver needed someone who actually knew their way around an EV's guts. Back then, most shops were still scratching their heads at anything with a lithium battery pack.
Expansion & Growth
Moved to our current spot on Commercial Drive. Added three more bays and brought on some seriously talented techs who shared our obsession with hybrid and electric tech. Started seeing Teslas, Leafs, and Volts rolling in weekly instead of monthly.
Certification Milestone
Whole team became certified in high-voltage systems and advanced EV diagnostics. Picked up manufacturer-level diagnostic equipment that most indie shops can't justify buying. Yeah, it cost a fortune, but we're not messing around here.
Leading the Way
Now we're Vancouver's go-to shop for anything electric or hybrid. Got a crew of eight specialists, state-of-the-art gear, and we've probably seen every weird error code these vehicles can throw. Still learning every day though - that's what keeps it interesting.
What Drives Us
Look, we're not gonna feed you some corporate mission statement. Here's the deal - we love working on these vehicles because they're complex, challenging, and honestly pretty cool. Electric powertrains are the future, and we got in early because we saw where things were headed.
We treat your car like it's our own, we don't recommend stuff you don't need, and we'll explain what's going on in plain English instead of tech-speak. That's it. That's the philosophy.
Credentials & Certifications
We've put in the hours and invested in the training so you don't have to worry about who's working on your ride.
ASE Master Certified
All our lead techs hold ASE Master Technician status. It's basically the gold standard in our industry - means we've passed the tough exams and got the real-world experience to back it up.
High Voltage Certified
Every single person who touches an EV battery here is certified for high-voltage work. This isn't something you mess around with - one mistake and you're in the hospital or worse.
EV Specialist Training
Completed manufacturer-specific training programs for Tesla, Nissan, Chevy, and Toyota hybrid/EV systems. Yeah, we went through all of them because each brand does things differently.
BCAA Approved
Proud to be a BCAA Approved Auto Repair Services facility. They don't hand these out like candy - we had to meet strict standards for quality and customer service.

Marcus Chen
Lead EV Diagnostic Technician
Been with us since day one. Marcus can diagnose a battery cell issue faster than most guys can pull up the service manual. Former dealership tech who got tired of the corporate nonsense and wanted to actually fix cars properly.
Sarah Thompson
Hybrid Powertrain Specialist
Sarah's our hybrid guru. If it's got both a gas engine and electric motor working together, she's your person. ASE Master Tech with a special thing for Prius and Volt transmissions - yeah, she's one of those people who thinks they're fun to work on.
Jamal Roberts
Advanced Diagnostics & Electronics
Electrical gremlins don't stand a chance with Jamal around. He's got this weird sixth sense for tracking down intermittent issues that drive other techs crazy. Also our go-to guy for anything involving CAN bus communication or software updates.
